Is hybrid work the future?

Friday, April 22, 2022

The pandemic kept employees at home, forcing companies to adopt a work-from-home arrangement that has not been done on such a global scale before. Now, some companies are reverting to the office setup with an option to still work remotely, raising the possibility that hybrid is now the “new normal.”

We tackled this timely subject during a recent Work Forward Summit. Offering their thoughts and insights about this relevant topic are Monalisa Chati, Kevin Dunal, and Chris Bartlett. Monalisa works at ServiceNow under the Customer Engagements of the Office of the CIO. Kevin is Principal at Launch Center, Inc. while Chris is Vice President – HR Center of Expertise, People and Culture at UPS.

Our guests shared their experiences so far about the work-from-home setup and the booming hybrid arrangement that is being adopted by companies already. They also offered some interesting insights about the future of workspaces.
