Last year, we designed and delivered a presentation project with FORTNA, a leading provider of warehouse and distribution solutions using automation, software and robotics. While their revenue had been steadily growing, by 2023 growth had slowed. This was largely due to changes in the market—operations design and implementation was once unique to our client, but as new competitors emerged, so did a need for a new perspective.

Based on FORTNA’s strong track record of innovation, and bolstered by our past success together, we felt confident taking on the challenge of reframing their operations design value proposition and clearly identifying and communicating what makes this client special.
